A company that keeps its own calendar.
A Company in askTheodor used to be a filing cabinet. Now it has a day: a calendar, a standup, a brief on your desk in the morning, and a live feed of what the team is doing.
A working day, held by your workers.
This is the Small team rhythm. Every slot is a real event on the calendar — move it, rename it, or give it a different chair.
- 08:30 Standup The chair reads what's due, what's late and what moved overnight.
- Right after Brief in your Inbox A short written brief — and the latest one sits on the Overview.
- All day Work, live Tasks and routines run; Activity shows it as it happens.
- 17:00 Wrap-up What got done, what's stuck, what needs you tomorrow.
- Overnight Routines keep going Scheduled runs carry on and land in tomorrow's standup.
…and tomorrow's standup starts from where tonight left off.
Six pieces, one day.
Calendar
Every dated thing in one place: task and goal deadlines, the next runs of routines and recurring plans, lead-gen follow-ups, worker check-ins and your team's own meetings. Day, Week and Month views. Overdue items stay pinned to today until they're done, and clicking anything opens it.

Events
Add meetings, reviews, deadlines and milestones. Repeat them daily, on weekdays, weekly, monthly or yearly; pick attendees (the first one chairs); give the chair an agenda — or have an event simply run a routine at its time. Times keep their clock hour across daylight-saving changes.

Rhythm
Templates for a Solo founder, a Small team, an Agency or a Shop create your standups, wrap-ups, Friday reviews and monthly close in one click. Re-applying updates the same meetings and keeps what you edited — it never duplicates them.

Briefs
At each meeting the chair looks at what's due, what's overdue, what happened overnight, leads that moved, spend and pending approvals, and writes a short brief. It lands in your Inbox; ▶ Run now holds a meeting on demand.

Activity, live
A day-grouped feed of everything a Company did — audit log, team chat room, channel messages, briefs, meetings, reminders — with filters and search. Live rows appear while a worker runs, and dots on the org chart show who is working, stuck or idle.

The honest small print.
- Each meeting is one AI run on your own provider key, so it uses your tokens.
- Only the meeting's chair is run; other attendees are listed, not run separately.
- A meeting missed while the computer slept for under six hours still runs when it wakes; older ones are skipped.
- The share link is served by the app itself, so it works while askTheodor is running on that computer.
- Imported calendars read named time zones as your local time, and don't apply "this one occurrence was moved or deleted" exceptions.
