On your machines, with your provider keys, your budgets and your approval gates already configured. Windows or Mac, on-premise or on your own server — nothing leaves your infrastructure unless you decide it does.

Not demo workers. Yours — trained on your own documents, your price lists, your processes, your tone. We sit with the people who do the work and build the four roles that save them the most hours.
We train your team — 2 hours
One workshop, hands-on, with your own workers on screen. Your team leaves able to brief a worker, review its output, and build the next one themselves. In German or English.

What it costs
Every engagement is scoped individually — a four-person office and a 60-person Mittelständler need different amounts of work, and quoting a package price for both would mean overcharging one of them.

The licence is separate and unchanged: 12€/month, or 10€ billed yearly.

Where does our data go?
Nowhere you don't choose. askTheodor runs on your machines with your own AI provider keys, and your documents stay on your infrastructure. If you'd rather nothing at all leaves the building, we can set it up against a local model, and then there is no external AI call and no per-token cost either.
What do you need from us?
A few hours from the people who actually do the work — that's the real input. We need to see the documents and the steps a task goes through today; that's what makes a worker useful rather than generic. Plus admin rights on the machines, and whichever provider account you want to use.
What happens after the workshop?
Your team owns it. That's the point — the workshop ends with them building a worker themselves, not watching us do it. If you'd rather have someone on call for the first months, that's the ongoing-support option; it isn't required and most teams don't take it after the first quarter.
Can you work in German?
Yes — workshop, documentation and the workers themselves. The app's interface is English, and the workers write in whatever language you want them to.
How long does it take?
Typically the installation and the first workers in a few days spread over one to two weeks, so we can iterate on the workers with your team rather than handing over a guess. The workshop is a single two-hour session once the workers are real.
